Information we handle

This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery details, order history, support messages and account security records. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the basic profile information Google shares with your permission. We do not ask for your Google password.

How we use it

We use these details to fulfil the request you made, send account and order messages, answer support questions, prevent fraud and maintain our records. A support chat may be stored so our team can follow up. Chat messages are not sent to a third-party AI service.

Payments and safety

This site currently records bank-transfer orders as pending for manual review. Do not send card PINs, passwords or one-time codes in chat or contact forms. Payment references are used to verify the transfer.

For a privacy question or to request correction of your account details, contact [email protected]. We retain records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate business recordkeeping needs.
